If I may ask, where was the photo taken?
Washington, DC last summer. They're sort of facing the White House.
We saw folk taking their pictures with these monk fellas, so we asked if we could, too and they graciously acquiesced. And then, they asked if THEY could get a photo with US, which was fun.
