I've just CITED a great deal of information about what ICE does. The reports on this secret police force of this Felon King are everywhere and not vague.
The Felon (famously dishonest) ran in part on this theme, talking of using ICE to find "the worst of the worst..." the violent criminals and those causing outrageous harm.
NO ONE WAS OPPOSED TO THAT.
The thing is, rational people - people who aren't gullible and easily fooled by a dim-witted conman - were not fooled by the pervert conman. He was clearly NOT planning on limiting it to violent criminals, but instead, planned on a wide sweeping and irrational attack on immigrants writ large.

1. This current administration is establishing a whole set of new norms for a US president. First of all, he has created a cabinet (and advisors) of loyalists... people who aren't necessarily qualified or fully qualified for the role they're in, but whose "qualification" is that they are loyal to and subservient to their president.
Would you want the next Democrat administration (and especially if they control Congress, as well) to have a set of advisors who are not especially well-informed on their responsibilities (think of the privileged hiring of the unqualified Hegseth to run the military) and whose primary "qualification" was that they were blindly loyal to the Democrat president who hired them?
(and before you go there, don't even pretend that these boys and girls are in any way qualified in the way that past cabinet members tended to be qualified... just don't go there. These are historically inept and underqualified candidates.)
2. This one of the things that defines fascist/authoritarian regimes is having a police force or a secret police force that is loyal to the "strongman" in power. In this administration, that secret police force has become ICE.
Would you want the next Democrat president to have a secret, masked police force that acts as if they're beyond prosecution (and thus far, have been) thanks to their loyalty to that president? Do you NOT fundamentally disagree with the very notion of a secret police force? IF it were a Democrat in charge of them??
Is the only reason you support this current secret police force is because they're doing the bidding of the strongman and his policies? OR are you generally in favor of a secret police force, even if it was being wielded against, for instance, conservative churches and groups?
3. This president has famously acted in a clandestine manner, refusing to be transparent or to answer questions that hurt his little feelings. He has killed dozens of people in the waters off of Venezuela without offering ANY proof of his claims. Without warrants.
Would you support such abuses of power and extrajudicial executions if it were a Democrat engaging in these sorts of abuses?

In the event that I didn't hit the "Publish" button, I will state again that Pirro's position is not in conflict with the 2nd Amendment, even though some 2A defenders have taken it as such. Her revisiting of that statement indicates that she was reminding people of the laws in DC regarding who they will permit to carry (despite the US Constitution). It's her job to warn people about breaking the law and what the consequences are. Thus, if you're a law-abiding person with a carry permit issued by your state of residence, that doesn't allow you to carry in DC and upon discovering your weapon, you can expect to be arrested. All concealed carry permits are specific as to what states recognize the permit and which don't. If DC isn't on the list, don't carry there. I would suspect that some allowances for transporting weapons (unloaded, away from one's person in a secured box with the ammo in another place) and as such would not result in an arrest. Clearly, her point was dealing with carrying on one's person, or having it loaded within easy reach in the car.
This illustrates the wisdom of waiting for further comments or researching to find them, rather than make silly, biased assumptions.
